China and clean energy investment

A report, published by the Pew Charitable Trusts, shows that China has surpassed United States concerning clean-energy investments.

This report defines clean-energies, which are wind energy, solar power, bio-fuel and analizes investment by G-20 Nations. These investments count 90 percent of all investments.

With an amount of investment into clean energy, (US dollars 34.6 billion), in 2009 China surpassed United States of America.

It is a fact that United States is a leading power in renewable energy research, but fall behind in manufacturing.
