UQM Technologies
UQM Technologies was founded in 1967 for fiberglass fabrication for various applications. These applications include kit automobiles and aircraft.
In late 1970's UQM specialized itself to the design and development of an environmental friendly, electric passenger car "Electrek". Already between the period of 1978-1982, 75 Electrek automobiles were manufactured and sold.
Some other projects of the company:
-development and construction of a purpose built hybrid electric mobile broadcast studio which broadcasted 1984 Olympic Marathon Event.
-development and construction of a hybrid electronic firefighting robot for naval uses.

Urban Ecology Center is an organization, providing environmental education programs. This organization has two community centers. These are "outdoor classrooms".These Centers are adjacent to Milwaukee County Parks.

Green and Guilt Free Gastronomy
Restaurant management is not known as the most wasteless service. Merely 40% of gastro and restaurant products are wasted and a major amount of fuel is also exhausted by grills, ovens and stoves.
