All these public places are plazas, parks, promenades, and so on.

Nowdays deforestations, desertifications, erosions, fires accelerate.

This process is the result of breaking of a fragile point which is crossed.

When the border is crossed there is a point of no return when eco-system loses its ability to restore itself. So at that point degradation accelerates.

PIU theory supposes and proposes the reserve of these fragile eco-systems, so PIU theory is that urbanization must be in balance with natural environs.

Arctic foxes live their lives as monogamous pairs, although breeding their puppies. Reaching the age of six months puppies learn to live somehow adult life. Although reaching the age of one, lot of them perish.

Older adult foxes hide food for the lean season.

Another species of Wildlife Preserves of that era are birds, called Ptarmigans. They spend most of their lives on ground.
